Directions from Portland International Airport (PDX):

1. From the airport, take Airport Way to I-205 South, then West on I-84 to I-5.
2. Take I-5 North approximately 3 miles to the Going Street/Swan Island exit (Exit 303).  Follow Going Street west to Swan Island.  Be in the right lane. 
3. Turn Right on N BASIN Avenue for 1 mile.
4. Turn Right on N LEVERMAN Street.
5. Turn Right on N CUTTER Circle
6. TMS is located at 6040 N Cutter Circle, Suite 302.
